We are there when you can’t be
When you chose Modern Casa, you will have a trusted professional that will be there to ready your home for an impending storm. Starting with an assessment of your home that includes its current shutter system and potential areas of concern, we will develop a plan with you to ensure that we are prepared for when the time comes to ready your home for a storm. After the storm passes and safe to do so, we will return to your home and complete a check on your home’s status, reporting back our findings along with pictures. All items that were moved prior to the storm will be returned to their original place and if any repairs are needed, we will coordinate with you and local contractors to make them.
HOME ASSESSMENT MEETING:
Document items that are a risk of becoming airborne.
Initial assessment of shutter style.
PRE-STORM PREP:
Coordinate Shutter installation/Close Electric and Accordion Shutters.
Store Potted Plants.
Move & Store Outdoor/Patio Furniture.
Move or Secure any items on your property that may become airborne.
Pre-storm pictures of your home.
POST STORM ASSESMENT & REPORTING:
Home assessment with pictures.
Detailed reporting of any damages.
Replace Potted Plants and Patio Furniture.
Shutter Removal.
Provide access for contractors or service providers for needed repairs.
