WHO WE ARE
We are Scott & Vanessa, founders of MODERN CASA and we specialize in professional home watch services for seasonal homeowners here in the Naples area. We are your team who is ready to care for your home while you are away so that you are able to return and enjoy your home just as you had envisioned it!
After 15 years of living and working in and around New York City, we made the decision to finally move to Florida and settled on Naples, because of all the amazing things it has to offer from beautiful golf courses, sunny beaches and friendly communities. And yes, of course, no more snow and cold probably had a lot to do with it too!
Although we come from two very different places, Scott originally from Western NY and Vanessa from Colombia, we both can agree that any success we ever had in our previous careers, all came down to a few guiding principles…
